It rained on us the day we shot the photos. We set up in the middle of the street in a North Portland neighborhood and before we knew it... the rain came down and hard! I rushed to put my gear away as L.C. was coming out of the house in his 2nd wardrobe change. Despite the shortness of the session, we still got the shots we needed for the album.

I struggled momentarily with the placement of his name and the chopped off part of the car but came up with this. Hope you can dig it!

Manakiller and The Pumpkin Patch

I love this kid. We went spontaneously this evening because the weather forecast is calling for rain for the next week! I was excited to get out there, especially this year because Manakel is at that age where things like this are exciting. He participates. I don't have to worry about him terrorizing one particular thing or area. He actually is enjoying himself now! LOL

Sadly, the sun went away right before we arrived so all these overcast shots could've had beautiful sunlight and sunrays but instead, we have Manakel's smiling!

He fell a couple of times but no tears... came in clean and left dirty! I'd say we had a good time.





I tried explaining we only needed 2 small ones... he had 4 in his hands, barely... :)





At the top of the haystack! Whoa!













He jumped out of the cow tractor moo ride and said "THAT WAS CRACKALACKIN!" oh yes... my kid.



We left with 4 small pumpkins and one 40 pound one! Should be fun to carve :)
